1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BetProExch website, downloading the BetProExch app, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors who browse without an account.

These terms are effective from the moment you first access BetProExch and remain in force for the entire duration of your use of the platform, including after any individual session ends. If you continue to use BetProExch following any update to these terms, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

BetProExch reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example via an on-screen notification when you next log in. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility

To register and use BetProExch you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetProExch is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on your behalf are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BetProExch employee in a role with access to platform operations, odds, or backend systems.
• You must not have a previously closed, banned, or self-excluded account at BetProExch. Attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion period is in force is a breach of these terms.

BetProExch reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on BetProExch. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BetProExch will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

BetProExch may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and utility bills or bank statements for address verification. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

BetProExch operates in PKR and all account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page at any given time.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages respectively and are subject to change. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfer and Raast timings depend on your financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. BetProExch will not process withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit without additional verification. Processing times for withdrawals are detailed on the Withdrawal page. BetProExch makes reasonable commercial efforts to process withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee processing within a specific timeframe where external factors such as bank processing delays are involved.

BetProExch does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, over which BetProExch has no control.

5 Sports Betting Rules

BetProExch offers sports betting markets on Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test series, and ODI tournaments), Football, Esports, and other sports as listed on the platform. The availability of specific markets and events may change at any time.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed and the confirmation screen has been accepted, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled except where specifically permitted under the void bet policy below.

BetProExch reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules.
• Odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error — these are referred to as palpable errors.
• There is evidence of match manipulation or the result is subject to an official investigation by a relevant sporting body.
• The bet was placed in violation of these terms, for example by an ineligible user or via an automated system.

In-play betting is available on selected Cricket and other sporting events. Live odds change in real time. BetProExch is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in bets being placed at odds different from those intended.

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per sport are specified on the Betting page. BetProExch reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any account at its discretion.

6 Casino and Slot Games

BetProExch offers slot games, live casino tables, and other casino products. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating within verified procedures. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published in the game information panel.

Casino games are provided for entertainment. The house edge means that, over a sufficient number of sessions, the platform will retain a mathematical advantage. Past results on any game do not influence future outcomes. Each spin, hand, or round is independent.

Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time and are funded from a percentage of qualifying stakes. Jackpot wins are subject to the same identity verification requirements as other withdrawals.

BetProExch is not responsible for game interruptions caused by loss of internet connectivity on the player's side. If a game session is interrupted due to a server-side issue, the relevant game round will be resolved according to the outcome that was already determined at the point of interruption, where technically recoverable.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

BetProExch offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion.

Standard bonus terms include wagering requirements — meaning bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds for sports betting contributions are all detailed in each promotion's specific terms.

Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetProExch and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any technical means to place bets, access odds feeds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, including in live casino games, to gain a mathematical advantage over the platform or other players.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public — for example, knowledge of an injury, team selection, or match result obtained through privileged access.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities as required.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion period is active on your account.

BetProExch monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, BetProExch reserves the right to void bets, suspend or close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. In cases involving fraud or illegal activity, information may be shared with law enforcement authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

BetProExch may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or shared account usage.
• At the request of the account holder as part of a self-exclusion or voluntary closure request.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be held in place during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes without a finding against the player, the balance will be released. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, BetProExch reserves the right to withhold the relevant portion of the balance.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any balance remaining after active bonus obligations have been resolved will be returned via your registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

BetProExch takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gambling is entertainment, and we want it to stay that way. We provide a set of tools within your account settings to help you manage your play and stay within limits that are right for you personally.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory review period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders — receive an on-screen notification after a set period of active use to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11 Privacy and Data

By registering at BetProExch you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records — for example, transaction records for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

BetProExch does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform. All such third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

12 Limitation of Liability

BetProExch provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure continuous uptime and accurate odds data, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, delays, or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetProExch's liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises. BetProExch is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors outside our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These limitations apply to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Changes to Terms

BetProExch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, game offerings, responsible gaming tools, or applicable legal requirements.

Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — BetProExch will provide notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. If you continue to use BetProExch after an update takes effect, you are taken to have accepted the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting customer support. Your account balance, minus any pending bonus obligations, will be returned to your registered payment method.
